Social Share Image
Upload an image to be shared on social media. You can upload up to four images if you would like the image to be rotated throughout the program. Images should be 1200 pixels x 628 pixels)
Digital Banners
Upload a maximum of five digital banners as editable .psd files. Images can be customized with the speaker’s name and/or headshot. If you are using promo codes, promo codes MUST be included in artwork.

125px x 125px 240px x 400px 250px x 125px 300px x 250px 728px x 90px
Show Images
Upload images used throughout your site, or destination marketing images that we can use on the Customer Invitation Program Pages.
SPEAKER LIST
Speaker List Requirements
Download the Speaker Data Template and the explanation of each field. Upload the list when you have provided the required data to the template.
Speaker Headshots
Upload the speaker’s headshots with their first and last name included in the file name.
