Thank you for using the Nvytes Customer Invitation Program for your event! We are excited to get started on your project, but we’ll need a few things from you first. Please fill out the form below and drop the requested files into the secure Dropbox.

Event Logo
Please upload the show logo(s). Vector image preferred, or large .png or .jpg. If there are multiple versions of the logo (color, grayscale, horizontal, vertical) please upload all available versions.
Page Header *
Upload a web page header (1600 pixels x variable height) in .PSD, .AI or .INDD format. In addition please upload any elements we will need to recreate in HTML and CSS (i.e. logos, textures, fonts, etc.)
Page Footer *
Upload a web page footer (1600 pixels x variable height) in .PSD, .AI or .INDD format. In addition please upload any elements we will need to recreate in HTML and CSS (i.e. logos, textures, fonts, etc.)
Email Header
If you have an alternative header for attendee and CTA emails, please upload email headers (650 pixels x variable height). If you are using the same header as the web page, no need to upload images.
Email Footer
If you have an alternative footer for attendee and CTA emails, please upload email footers (650 pixels x variable height). If you are using the same header as the web page, no need to upload images.
Social Share Image
Upload up to four images to be shared on social media. Images should be 1200 pixels x 628 pixels and can be uploaded in JPG or PNG. These images will be used by all exhibitors, so please no customization.
Digital Banners *
Upload a maximum of six digital banners as editable .PSD or .AI files. Images can be customized with booth number and/or discount code. If you are using discount codes, promo codes MUST be included in artwork.
FONTS AVAILABLE FOR CUSTOMIZATION OF BANNERS:
Any customization added to the banners must be done in one of the following fonts:
- Open Sans
- Roboto
- Lato
- Raleway
- Montserrat
- PT Sans
- Source Sans Pro
- Oswald
- Lora
- Work Sans

- 240px x 400px
- 250px x 125px

Official Vendor/ Provider Logo
Upload the show’s “Official Vendor” or “Official Vendor” logo that we can link to the Nvytes name on your show site/ Exhibitor’s Resources page.
Show Images
Upload images used throughout your site, or destination marketing images that we can use on the Customer Invitation Program Pages.

If you have logos for your exhibitors, please upload the files to help us customize their invitations. If you do not collect logos we will source them from the exhibitor’s websites.
